FAQ
Does it need a battery or an app?
No. The tag has no battery and is read with the camera (QR) or by holding the phone near it (NFC). The finder doesn't need to install anything.
What happens when someone scans the tag?
They see your pet's profile with your contact details. If you turned on lost mode, you also get an email with the approximate area.
Is my address or email shown?
No. You choose what to show, and your email never appears on the profile.
Can I change the details later?
Yes, whenever you want and without changing the tag: it updates instantly.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. The QR works with any phone's camera and NFC with the phones that have it, which is almost every current model.
