FAQ
Do I need new machines?
No. Use the NFC chips you already buy (NTAG213/215/216) and your usual printer or laser. Write them with your encoder (using the CSV) or from any Android phone with Chrome.
What if my customer stops paying for a plan?
Their keychains keep working on the Free plan. You stop earning commission from that customer until they pay again.
How do I get my commissions?
You see them in your panel. Turn them into codes instantly (worth 25% more) or request a cash payout and we transfer it at the end of the month.
Do I have to pay anything to start?
No. Sign up for free and get 50 codes when approved. Then buy packs when you need them, or subscribe to the Supplier Plan if you make keychains often.
Do my customers see my contact details?
The companies you serve do, so they can reorder. In the public directory people reach you through a form and the request is emailed to you.
